Because our services are digital, personalized, and often delivered instantly, our refund rules differ from those of traditional physical products.
By purchasing from our website, you agree to the conditions outlined in this Refund Policy.
2. Digital Products & Services
Most of our offerings (software tools, subscriptions, digital solutions, marketing services, consultations, etc.) are delivered electronically and/or customized for each client.
For this reason, refunds are generally not offered once:
- The service has started,
- The work has been delivered,
- Access to a digital product or platform has been granted.
However, a refund may be granted in specific cases:
- Duplicate or accidental payment.
- Technical error on our side preventing access to a paid service.
- Service not initiated by our team within 15 business days after payment (unless communication was made with the client).
All refund requests are reviewed individually.
3. Eligibility for Refund Requests
To request a refund, you must:
- Submit your request within 7 days of the transaction,
- Provide the invoice or transaction ID,
- Explain clearly the reason for the request.
Refunds will not be granted for:
- Completed work (ads, SEO, audits, digital setup, code, etc.),
- Subscription renewals processed before cancellation,
- Dissatisfaction based on expectations not aligned with the service description,
- Services involving external costs already incurred (ads budget, hosting, tools, etc.).
4. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time by contacting us at contact@sonicpulselabs.com.
Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only.
Payments already processed before cancellation cannot be refunded.
5. Refund Processing Time
If your refund is approved:
- It will be issued to the original payment method,
- Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
Before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider, please contact us.
We are committed to finding a quick and fair solution.
Unauthorized or unfounded chargebacks may lead to:
- Suspension of current services,
- Termination of client accounts,
- Restriction from future purchases.
